Just take it at face value. It's not meant to be anything that it isn't.

Face value is fine but unfortunately what this show is lacking is comedic value. I really tried to enjoy it because it looked like a fun premise but I thought it was horrible.
I also find it amusing. It has the potential to become a cult classic like Clutch Cargo, Thunderbirds and Davey and Goliath. It's intent is to be so bad it's good.
People need to lighten up and get the joke behind the joke. After similar reviews back in 1975 look at what Rocky Horror Picture Show has become.

While it's not an epic sci-fi masterpiece, there is something oddly entertaining about it. If it can keep me from channel-surfing when it's on, they must be doing something right.
