what did Alba say when their hands meet in the middle?

Can someone further explain the reason for closing their eyes and try to meet or not meet their hands on the table?
Alba said that if their hands met at the middle of the table they would start a relationship together. However, since both of them used their right hands over the table, their hands didn't meet in the middle of the table because one of their hands were on the other side of the table.
However, when Natasha opened her eyes she saw that Alba's hand was on the table so she quickly grabbed it. This means that she really wanted to be with Alba. And when their hands touched they were electrified too.
Ah. I was wondering why Natasha looked upset when she opened her eyes and quickly grabbed Alba's hand. [but that leads me to wonder , Natasha is left handed I would think she would've used her left hand instead of her right.]
I must say that scene was charming as well as touching.
