Paul McCartney, Steven Tyler...?

Everyone knows that these two and the other guest artists performed in the concerts, why aren't they listed in the cast?

If they aren't, this DVD won't be as brilliant as it should be. It would still be great to have more Billy Joel though.

I just saw this tonight and they are both in the documentary, but Steven Tyler is only briefly in it.

The story behind McCartney's appearance is amazing, but then, so is the film. I loved it.
