Much better than I Expected from the comment boards

Part of the storyline is so so but the pacing during the action sequences far outweighs any of the plot holes. I'm also glad to see a movie that isn't so traditional in the realm of horror i.e. girl/group of teens running away from giant killer who can't move very fast i.e. Friday The 13th, Nightmare On Elm Street, and so on. I

t's also a good choice that the hero has a sword that does get bloody and the hero get's beaten up/doesn't try to stay all pretty and lame.

I don't get why the guy from American Pie is in this though....
