The main characters are Kenny + Spenny
Spenny is the guy with long hair, and Kenny is the one with short hair. Instead of gross/humiliating/etc... competitions, it's what they do as their real life job.

That guy looks nothing like Kenny and the other guy is about 2 feet shorter than Spenny. I'm pretty sure neither Kenny or Spenny have to resort to doing medical testing on themselves for money after having a very successful television show on for 5 years.
shareI was pretty certain that Kenny was in it but not Spenny. It's also a sit-com so it's not like they are "resorting" to medical testing in "real life". I would ask how you thought they could make a show out of real medical testing, but in this day and age...This is like an episode of Laverne and Shirley stretched into an entire series, except with the latest generation's gross scatological antics mixed in.
The ratio of laughs per disturbing thing shown on TV and film is getting smaller quickly. FX will show anything these days. I wish we could send it back in time to when I was 12, but kids these days are SO overexposed to this stuff as to be passe by the time the average kid is 12.
No, that isn't Kenny, nor Spenny as the main characters although Kenny Hotz (the guy with the big dick) is the creator, and in the show.
The ideas for both main characters are representations of Kenny & Spenny.
