I know these kind of movies are made with low budget and all, but why using BB Guns? and why insisting on some close-ups that viewer can clearly read the model and manufacturer?
did they thought viewers are just blind or stupid?

Yeah.. i was laughing at the bb gun thing throughout the movie. its very obvious during there stand off near the end. Airsoft guns would have looked more real. quite sad.
