I couldn't quite grasp what he says at the end. I heard not this time and then pack your bag or go back. Does anyone know what he said and the the suv represented?

His wife said "not again". He said "not this time, go pack a bag". They're obviously on the run and she thought the SUV may have contained people who were after him. He's being ultra-careful for obvious reasons.

Maybe they just have a new job for him.
