Yeah I am a fan of these Lundgren and Seagal Straight to dvd films but I have to ask, why does Lundgren still have sex scenes in these movies? Its just getting creepy seeing this old guy with young girls.

You think everyone is your age? Adults do the do as well, you know. He's 52, which is hardly geriatric.

and there's a lot of young women with older men!

reply

Way to state the obvious. I never said they dont do it, just expressing that most dont want to see it. I mean it didnt even make sense in this movie. One minute she is angry because she has no idea what is going on and she doesnt know where her daughter is or what has happened to her. Then in the blink of an eye, she wants to do it. huh? what the hell is that?

reply

It's called life. Maybe when you grow up you'll understand how it all fits together. And from where do you get "most don't want to see it"? Are you able to speak for your entire age group?

Besides, it's one of those action films which has a happy ending - or happyish in this case. People don't watch this kind of film for the morality or the happy clappy family values. Women often wind up with older men because they're richer and/or wiser. Doesn't look like you have a bright future given those qualifiers.

Where do I get it from? Judging by this comment, one would assume that you enjoy watching women do love scenes with men that are old enough to be their fathers. There no reason to keep explaining reasons that women wind up with older men. As previously stated, I know it happens, but that alone is not the issue.

I also love your assumptions about my age and future, all based on a minor opinion or view which does not agree with your own. I will hold my own assumptions that people responding to this are infact themselves aging which is why their words wreak of a defensive nature which is understandable. I've been a pilot for 6 years so I think my future turned out pretty good. I will hold my own assumptions that people responding to this are themselves aging which is why they are responding with such a defensive tone and effort spent trying to convince you will be better used elsewhere. I'll just leave it at that as I have no interest in getting off topic and trading blows.

Do not bother responding. Interest in this topic has eluded me.

Judging by your comment one would assume that you enjoy watching young boys and girls having sex together, or one would assume that you only enjoy watching coupling fornication when the two creatures are from the same genome and specifically of an age that is identical in chronological downfall, because of course that is what aging is isn't it? Extrapolating your assumptions further, you like watching other people having sex, or at least actors acting out a scene in which fornication occurs, and you like for the woman and the man to be young. And if one were to extrapolate further, you seem to think that the age of the man having sex is directly related to the age of the Father of the woman who is presently having sex with the man that is not her father, but for your peace of mind it is important that she not fornicate with any man that could have been capable of paternal achievement at the time the woman was born into the world, else he might have been the lucky chap who got it on with her Mother ( the Mother of the girl who was born then grew up and had sex with a man who very well might have been doing it with her own Mom)
Way to go dude you have achieved a real whopper of an assumption, but then of course so have I, but then of course I am only following your lead.
Now that I think about it you seem to be saying that the two sex partners should not be old enough to be able to father or mother a child because then they might be the same age as someone's Daddy or Mommy, wow Dude you are creeping me out!

reply

Wow, all he did was question why this one part of a couple scene happens, and you attack him?

It didn't make much sense to me either; Her boyfriend is killed, her daughter is missing (as far as she knows) and she just watched her ex-husband murder someone and she shoots someone in the chest.

I enjoyed the movie but that's a bit emotional for anyone to deal with, I don't see how she'd want to get laid after that. Then again, she obviously still loved Edward (Dolph) so she wanted to feel close/loved? I think it would've made more sense if he had said that 1. Our daughter is safe. 2. I work with the russian mob, that's why I was always on 'business'.

I'm just nitpicking though, I enjoyed this movie and recommending it to my grandpa, he's too old to remember the plot line anyway. Seriously, he said that when I lent him a movie that was too complicated.

PS. I loved the BC references. The outdoors really looked beautiful.

As a female fan of Dolph (he's 22 yrs older than me), I don't mind the sex scenes :).

He seemed so baby-faced back then...when I first saw his stuff 20-25 yrs ago or so (Showdown in Little Tokyo, I Come In Peace, Rocky 4, Universal Soldier) and now I think he looks really mature and rugged in a good way of course :)

Just my .02
