I wish it hadn't used CGI for one particular death scene. It was a fun movie though.

Yeah, I was being mildly entertained by this movie up until that point then it steadily went downhill climaxing in an utterly ridiculous end. That scene was cheap and tacky and looked out of place even in a film like this with a lower than average budget. It would definitely have done better without any CGI in it. I feel if CGI is going to be used at all it has to be top-notch and belongs more in action/sci-fi movies than the horror genre where a lot the time "more" doesn't necessarily mean "better". If you can't make scenes like the torso one (or the blood splatter) look genuine then don't do it!
