Who played Thor?

Title says it all. And no, I'm not talking about the Z. Bryan character. He was fat and should have never been Thor, even that version. They showed real quick flashbacks though of some big dude who was ALSO Thor. Was he just CG or was it a real actor? They showed him so briefly I didn't get a decent look at him to tell. Anyone know?

That was actually ZTB....it also goes with the story that Thor was a great warrior but was not a god until after his mortal death. Then he became the Thor we all know.

Are you positive that's him? Zack looked rather pudgy throughout the film. The guy they showed in the vision (they never showed his face) looked pretty massive. I don't mean athletic or fit but like body builder massive - absolutely ripped. That guy looked like he about four percent body fat. There's no way that was Zack.

ZTB gets bigger everytime I see him! First it was muscular and now he is just this big massive dude.
I have to say that his acting is getting much better.

That was not Zach T. Bryan. (ZTB) I think folks who work on the set (or the actors relatives) trying to promote the movie keep coming on these boards now.

The "warrior" was obviously a body double. "Massive" in the case of Zach = fat. In Hollywood, when the actor works hard physically for a warrior role, they don't cover him up from head to neck during his speaking roles - then cover his face to show off biceps and torso.

I have to say Daz Crawford at least was the only one in the cast that was buff/fit and at least for the visual role of a warrior. Zach looked like he spent a lot of time "bulking up" at Dunkin' Donuts for this movie.

Every time, he "had a vision", i thought he was having a coronary. They made him wear a beard to try to get a "chiseled" look to his face which was too jowly.
