I've been trying to track down a torrent of the ORIGINAL GHOST IN THE SHELL but I can't seem to track one down with Japanese audio and english subs. All i ever seem to find are crappy english dubbed versions. Now, I am aware that the original is included on the 2.0 BluRay special features so my question is this: is it Japanese audio with english subs or just plain english dubs?
If anyone can help me out that'd be great!
This response may be a bit too late, but here it is.
The Original movie on the Blu Ray has both the Original Japanese audio with subs and the Original English Dub.
Just a note, i felt that the subtitles were shrunk down a wee bit to much from the Manga DVD release of the original Film. Not really a problem, but i ended up just watching my DVD of the original seeing as how the Blu Ray doesn't do much to enhance the Original, all the remastering went into 2.0 itself.
All in all, i felt that the 2.0 Blu Ray was a nice release, it cost less then having to buy both the Original and 2.0 on DVD over where i'm at.
