Did anyone else want to cry when...

Brooke went past there old house and she saw the dogs running across the yard barking at her and she started crying? That was very emotional.

no, i didn't want to cry at all...in fact it made me very angry and that is the point where i decided that i wasn't going to watch anymore episodes of this show...ever again....

because...

she was crying over some ole dogs...but she didn't cry at the fact that she had not spoken to her mother for over 6 months and Linda was right there in the house....that made me sick..she should have visited her mother when she was down there visiting her father, it doesn't matter who her mother was/is dating...Linda is still her mother...

she said earlier that if she had visited her mother and stayed with her and her new boy toy, then that would have been like her agreeing with their set up...and she didn't like that...if she had called her mother and talked with her, then she would have found out that Thor..or whatever his name is, was gone for a couple days....he was not even there when Brooke was visiting her father...her and her mother could have had a nice little chat, but nooooooo.....Brooke had to be difficult....

ps-i love dogs...but at that point Brooke should have been crying over her mother...not some former pets...

Do you still feel that way after hearing what her mother said about her in the press?

reply

What did her mother say?

reply

That made me angry, too! She was crying because the dogs were crying for her but later when she was having dinner alone with her dad and he started crying she just cocked her head to the side, "Oh, Dad." and not one tear.
But every moment on this show is staged, it's gotten just too embarrassing to watch anymore.

reply

what did her mum say about her?

reply

Well, maybe she wasn't really crying over the dogs. It's possible that the dogs set off the emotions that she was really feeling about her parents divorce, Nick's accident, missing her mom... I don't think it was just about the dogs.

reply

No...because I don't cry at scripted things that are trying to be "real". They probably led the dogs out to the water using dog treats. This show is ridiculous.

I laughed so hard bacause all the B.S that Hulk and his family have done to the world. It's nice to see bad things happen to people that think that their better then anyone else.

i thought it was really sad. she wasn't crying over "old dogs". she was crying over her old life. that house, that family, the dogs, she was crying over all of it. the memories. i thought it was really sad

I thought it was sad too, but I have to agree a little with TheChillyOne on the part where she should atleast visit with her mom on a one on one basis, I'm sure Linda didn't say she had to do something with the boyfriend and her exclusively. I feel she's being a little too stubborn with her mom even if she doesn't agree with the relationship, which I don't blame her at all.

reply

No, I didn't cry. If anything that part of the episode made me mad. Hulk was making it so obvious that he didn't want to go near the house because losing it to some 19-year-old kid was so devastating to him, but Brooke didn't seem to care about how he felt at all. She just wanted to see the stupid dogs.

I didn't think the dog thing was so stupid at all. Lots of people get emotionally attached to their pets. Some even cry when their pets die.
