Just finished the trilogy...

Very glad I watched it all in one go. Many of the tiny details and references would've been totally lost otherwise; there are characters and events of passing importance in this chapter that take center stage later on. I don't believe it would have been the experience it was if I'd watched it in segments, and I get now why this played as one six-hour film when it came to theaters in the US.
