Who is the dead man Piggott sees?

Near the end, when Piggott arrives at Laws' house and all the hubbub is going on outside of it, everything goes slo-mo as he strolls between the house and garage (?)... when he gets through the little alleyway, he sees a distraught woman being consoled. He then turns and sees a blown out window with a dead person's damaged head sitting inside the house. Who is that? It sounded like Piggot said a name, but thanks to Netflix's sound quality, I can't make it out. Chronologically, Laws has already been shot to death by Jobson, but is nowhere near a window when it happens...???

It's his dad. It's a flashback.

Piggott's father, Arthur Piggott, who was part of the child abuse ring. The distraught woman is Piggott's mother, who passed away in 1983. It was her ashes Piggott was carrying. Arthur was the masked man who sat naked in a chair in the abandoned mine underground where they said he was the king, i.e. it was his turn.

The time line suggested "The Pig" shot himself the day after John Dawson was killed in 1974. It's possible he was murdered, though.

By "it was his turn" do you mean that it was his turn to conduct a kidnapping and that all the adult participants in the "ring" would switch off on being the ones to get their hands dirty and do the kingly duties? What did you mean by that?

It looked to me that it was his turn to "induct" the younger BJ into their little world of sin.

Altho it looked to me like two completely different people if the "King" was indeed supposed to be the elder Piggott, whose head we saw in the shattered window. The King looked to be a burly blond, while Mr. Piggott was a leaner brunette? The role isn't credited. so...?
