Don't waste your time. This movie is what my cat moves around with his paw in his litter box. In other words, complete and utter *beep*
shareWell dodger, you're just shedding your tears all over this forum, aren't you.

One of these days I'm going to cut you into little pieces.
Wow you are such a little Bitch

Raimi has nothing to do with this movie. Joss whedon and Drew Goddard wrote and produced/directed it.
shareI freaking loathe this movie. Hate's not a strong enough word. But, enough other people seem to like the sorry thing, so you should probably see it for yourself. Just be aware that it's not actually a horror movie, it's a comedy that uses horror movies as a thing to satirize, and if you actually like horror movies it's going to insult you. Nothing scary about it, and completely unrealistic.
shareand completely unrealistic.
A horror movie has to at least be somewhat realistic, in the context of the world in which it's taking place. Texas Chainsaw Massacre, for example. I mean, I know there are no zombies, but you have to make a zombie movie fairly "realistic" in the sense of a zombie apocalypse.
Cabin in the Woods operates as a comedy... because that's what it is. People who like it are actually comedy fans, not horror fans. They're people who like junk like The Toxic Avenger or Zombieland. You want jokes, not scares.
