Last thing I saw him in was Les Mis, and then this.... Wow hahah, it was so.. Different?

"Different"... is a very nice understatement, indeed.

He seemed very out of place in this movie to say the very least.......

What's the story behind how he got into this mess? My guess was he wanted a vacation to China, took a small part, and got paid. Which doesn't seem like his M.O. but that's the best I could come up with. Did he owe someone something?

he got to the part in the script where it was all, "pulls string of beads out of lady's hoo-hah" and was like SIGN ME UP
