Bloodiest movie I've ever seen in 2013

One of the bloodiest movie I've ever seen since I watched Kill Bill vol. 1 --also the very bloodiest/gross films. You know, some of the blood spurts are created obviously by special effects. Although, some of the blood scenes are made by special effects, I assume that this is a realistic blood. So disgusting ever. I skipped this movie to avoid sensitivity while I watched.
