bad post apocalyptic shows outlasting the good ones

This seems to be the television trend. Good post apocalyptic shows like this and Jericho get cancelled prematurely while other shows go on. Seriously who are the nutballs that gave both Under the Dome and Revolution a second season? Are they crazy? Those are the two of the most boring shows in the genre ever.

TWD is somewhere in between. It's got it's good moments but it also has it's boring ones. But then again maybe the age of the good post apocalyptic show died after Survivors got cancelled.

Well it's a good job that it wasn't "cancelled" then isn't it.

Of those five I would rank survivors 3rd with Revolution and Under the Dome bringing up the rear. Survivors started off strong, but quickly deteriorated with too many bizarre subplots going on and that was after only a few episodes. Every episode after the first handful was getting progressively worse.

Nah, this was much better than TWD, and probably a little better than Jericho overall because it was more tightly contained.

You don't need a million dollars to do nothing, man.Take a look at my cousin:he's broke, don't do *beep*

Absolutely agree.

I'm a die hard TWD and Jericho fan and I'll happily admit that Survivors tops them both. It truly is the perfect combination of solid acting and great characters dealing with day to day survival conflicts and an over arching story on how the outbreak began. Its very much a shame this series got canceled as quickly as it did.
