A trolley jack is "heavy earth moving equipment?" WTH?

Give me a break, they could have found one in almost any garage.

That's true but they were in a hurry and wouldn't know where to find a garage.

Well they called it heavy earth moving equipment or something - a trolley jack is not heavy equipment.
