Dapne: Dapne from the cartoons looked like a beautiful thin model like(with thin nose and long face): THIS Dapne has fat nose and round face and NOT a MODEL body!
Fred: Fred looks like a model from Abercrombie and Fitch with broad shoulders and beautiful face (AND BLOND HAIR), THIS Fred is TINY (thats it.....TINY)
Wilma's character looks okay (she just need to be a lil fatter) but her voice is too weak.
And the rest is pretty okay!
Meh...I disagree...not that I think any of them are perfect choices, but Daphne and Velma look and sound sufficiently like younger versions of the original cartoon characters. And Fred's not bad either, despite not being blonde.

That was something the producers decided already from the beginning, that this TV movie, would not be following the old recipe to the letter.
The other producers tried that with the 2002 and 2004 movies and see how these movies looks like.
The movies where OK entertainment, but honestly then both Fred and Daphne looks pretty ridiculous in those outfits.
Some things in comics and animations, does just not work when you try it on real humans.
