This Q is well ... I was just wondering if these actors are wearing 'fat suits' or they just picked heavy people for the roles?

Obviously some are not that obese, just heavy .. I was mainly wondering about Aharon and especially Herzl who is shaped real weird I get the feeling he is wearing a special suit ?

And it is absolutely true in those countries of the Middle-East/Mediterranean regions it is rare to find fat people. Their diet is much healthier than that of North Americans! lots and lots of fish and fresh vegetables.

I'm not sure, but I would think it would be hard to fake that, with all the almost-nudity. I know it's true that obesity is much more rare in that part of the world, but I'm sure that obesity does exist. After all, obesity is so much more rare in Japan, for example, yet there are still sumo wrestlers, with plenty of fat on them.
