Wow! A film about French resistance? LOL
I didn't know French resisted...

Well some of them did,the history is complicated but there were some real heroes.
Have you seen this film? I think it is very good and shows how France was much divided between people who wanted to work with the German occupiers,those who wanted to fight and the majority who were somewhere inbetween.

Why don't you go to your local library,watch THE WORLD AT WAR dvd set and learn something about World War 11?

Had you seen the movie, you'd have noticed none of Manouchian's grup members were French but political exiles from other countries (Italy, Spain, Armenia, Poland among others.)
