Cockroaches Ha That was really lame what was the stuff he had in the bottle that attracted them into the girls mouth ? It was a bit of a rip off of Scarab Beatles in the Mummy.

Yeah those poor Madagascar Cockroaches they must get a bad rap for all the horror movies they are used in.

Harmless little guys, and how idiotic that the girl kept screaming so they could enter her mouth!! Asinine! It would not have bothered me at all to let them crawl on me, but then I'm not afraid of harmless bugs, especially those that are sold as pets... in fact, I used to have pet tarantulas and preying mantises.

You want a decent torture scene?
Actually set up the scene first, really, just label the damned bottle "pheromones" or something.
Then let her use her natural defenses.... hello teeth?
At least until she gets overwhelmed.

To make it more realistic, they should have had her teeth taken out and the pheromones sprayed in her mouth so that way she can't stop them from getting into her mouth, instead of her just being dumb and screaming too much.
