I normally don't watch this show, but I've seen a preview which had Isla Fisher on it so I want to see the episode she's on.

Does anybody know which episode Isla Fisher will be on?

All of them. She plays the character “Ray” through the use of heavy prosthetics, insanely good makeup work, and her incredibly broad acting range. You’ll be amazed at the end result and if she doesn’t get an Emmy nod, well that means Sacha is definitely blowing the wrong person. Seriously the best work I’ve ever seen this ginger freak do.
