2 different DVD releases

Can anyone tell me if there's any real difference in the two DVD releases?
I bought this used and have not watched it yet. My DVD is by Monarch and
on the back of the case it says 2009 Theatrical Release. Special features
are a gag reel and the amazing steve shorts. 94 mins. long and rated R.


The other copy I saw had the same front cover but a completely different back
one and is by Maple Pictures. Running time was a couple of mins. shorter, but
it had a few more special features listed and no rating at all. I didn't
get this one because it had a brown stain on the cover.

Any clarification would be appreciated.
