So, outside of the Montreal Film Festival...

Up until the news that this film was shown at the Montreal Film Festival I was seriously starting to wonder if this movie was ever going to make an appearance. Anyone know anything else about release onto DVD, Blu-Ray, VOD? I read the rights were sold to produce all home viewing formats, but trying to find a date for a US release is like pulling teeth! Any info regarding a release date for home viewing would be welcomed! I've been studying Christina of Sweden for years as a part of my Women's Studies courses and am so excited to see this.

I just saw this film at the Mill Valley Film Festival, star and director were in attendance, he mentioned a December 4 release date, but probably not very many locations.

It's showing at NewFest in NYC soon.

At this point it's scheduled to get released to U.S. theaters (although probably very few) as well as become available on VOD and DVD in early December. The distributor is Wolfe Video, you might want to keep checking their website for any updates. But that's the latest news they've put out.

Just read it will be released on VOD Dec 8th probably on Wolfe video.com

Well, I'm in Finland, found this movie sold in a store as Blu-ray and DVD and came to see what people wrote about it. The trailer seemed good, so I'm gonna buy and see it.

Lexa is  cute!
