Man people's hands would fall off there was a Guitar Hero: Dragonforce, but then again, most of their songs are very similar so it'd be like playing the same song over and over.
I'd LOVE to see a GH: Machine Head or Testament. Slayer, Slipknot, Chimaira, so many.

GH: Disturbed GH: Drowning Pool GH: Slipknot GH: Slayer GH: Pantera GH: Static X GH: Red Hot Chili Peppers GH: Korn GH: Nirvana GH: Metal Heads (all metal songs) or GH: Headbangers ball
It would be really cool if there was a Guitar Hero game with all heavy metal with bands like Slipknot, Chimaira, Testament, Machine Head, Mastodon, Trivium, Killswitch Engage, In Flames, Lamb Of God, Children Of Bodom, and Slayer.
Yeah I can probobly only dream of a great game like that where the only songs are just heavy metal like industrial, thrash, and death metal.
and I can see that the band itself that you play as would remind us of Dethklok from Metalocalypse. I can also see that one of the shows is a High School Prom and the kids are dancing to something really stupid and then the band just breaks in onto the stage and you start playing the songs there and other stages are an outdoor stage like you would see at Ozzfest and a firery stage like that last one in GH3 where you battle Lou and a hell of a lot more.
And the guitar players that you battle and can unlock is another thing I can think of too like Mick Thompson from Slipknot, Dimebag Darrell from Pantera even though he's dead but would still be cool for the game, Kerry King from Slayer, Zack Wylde from Black Label Society, and Richard Kruspe from Rammstein.
Now for a guitar battle with Zack Wylde, I can think of this like after you beat him, then Ozzy Osbourne walks onto the stage and then you and Zack start playing I Don't Wanna Stop.
Sad to know that the only time I can have a game like that is in my dreams but if a Guitar Hero game like that is being made, then that would really make my life so much better.
Not enough? They have 62 songs, that should be enough for a career list.

How f--king sick would that be? If I could add a few: Kreator, Fear Factory, Stone Sour, Evile, A Dark Halo, Decapitated, The Haunted, The Black Dahlia Murder, Exodus

Oh yeah, all those can be added too along with Dethklok, Amon Amarth, Mudvayne, Six Feet Under, Cannibal Corpse, Arch Enemy, hell add Kittie in there too. Enough bands as it needs to be just absolutly heavy, brutal, and f--king awsome as hell!
and while you play the songs, you can see the fans going crowd surfing and you can see a mosh pit going on too which gives me another idea where on the game intro, you hear the heaviest music playing and you see some of the fans going crazy where their fighting and you'd see a black eye on someone or a bleeding nose which might give the game an M rating.
I also thought on an idea where you can design the stage as well where you make the band graphic for a stage background and you can buy flamethowers to put on stage and fireworks and other crap too.
There definitely should be just an 'all metal' GH title. I mean think about it, every track is pure ass kickery, not just an occasional awesome track like the existing games have, it'd just be PURE *beep* WIN.
...and Guitar Hero: Dragonforce? HAHAHAHA-- for a band that supposedly 'brought back thrash' they suck a whole load of note-jumbling male *beep*
Pantera would obviously be the #1 choice, I think all of you would agree.
Pantera is definetly a #1 choice. It'd be so cool to play as Dimebag on Guitar Hero where you play Pantera and some Damageplan songs also. Yep if I could pick any band to have their own Guitar Hero game, well I would definetly pick Pantera, or maybe call it Guitar Hero: Pantera, or better yet Guitar Hero: Dimebag Darrell. That would be so cool.

AC/DC already has their own Rock Band Track Pack. I don't know about an entire game with Quiet Riot but i would like to see some of their songs on these games. Harmonix is making The Beatles Game, which is like a Beatles Rock Band (sorry, probably no Betallica on it). As for me, I would like to see Guitar Hero: U2
U2's new album NO LINE ON THE HORIZON coming MARCH 3, 2009!!!
Guitar Hero: Led Zeppelin would be one of the greatest games ever released but it will sadly never happen. :(
but:
Slash leaked that Guitar Hero: Hendrix is coming out (OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!! THE TRUE GUITAR HERO!!!!!!! WILL BE 2nd BEST,if Guitar Hero: Led Zeppelin comes out!!!!!!!!! AHHHH!!!!!!!
I would love to see a Guitar Hero: The Rolling Stones AC/DC Rage Against the Machine Red Hot Chili Peppers Pink Floyd Pearl Jam Creed (thats right, I said it) Pantera (WOULD BE AWSOME!) Nirvana Iron Maiden (could be good) Foo Fighters (ehh...) The Doors Blink 182
There's a Rockband game that's about AC/DC and it's pretty fun. But one of the bands I would truely want for a Guitar Hero game is Pantera. Seriously Dimebag was a true guitar hero and songs like Walk, Primal Concrete Sledge, Mouth For War, Drag The Waters, and 5 Minutes Alone would be so freakin cool to play in guitar hero and singing them would be amazing.
I'm surprised there isnt any Pantera in World Tour or Metallica.
But overtime, I think there is one band out there that if a Guitar Hero game were made of them, people's hands will fall off. Guitar Hero: Nile. Songs like Cast Down the Heretic, The Burning Pits of the Duat, Black Seeds of Vengeance, Masturbating the War God, and Unas the Slayer of the Gods; all instruments would be one hell of serious challenge.

Guitar Hero: Motley Crue Guitar Hero: Iron Maiden Guitar Hero: Megadeth Guitar Hero: Pink Floyd Guitar Hero: Alice in Chains Guitar Hero: Stone Temple Pilots
If there's a Guitar Hero: Slipknot, that would be....AWSOME!! and I don't know if In Flames is that famous enough to have their own video game but hell, I also love In Flames so that would also be awsome.
Guitar Hero:Guns N' Roses Guitar Hero: Van Halen (which actually has a rumor of there being one) Guitar Hero:ACDC Guitar Hero:Led Zeppelin (doubtful) Guitar Hero: Ozzy (Ozzy Osbourne songs and Black Sabbath songs)
There's a Rockband game about AC/DC, except you don't really play as the band but you play another cover band where the entire setlist of songs are by AC/DC. It's pretty fun but if Guitar Hero does it with the actual band in it, then hell yes!
I wouldn't be surprised with a Guitar Hero focused on heavy metal. That sounds pretty awesome, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if they started a branch of Guitar Hero focusing solely on certain genres.
Guitar Hero: Red Hot Chili Peppers - Guitars and drums would be fun but would be good for bass as well. Guitar Hero: Muse - Same as RHCP. Guitar Hero: Ozzy - I'm surprised that it hasn't been done yet, as each of the four main games has at least one song by either Ozzy or Black Sabbath. Guitar Hero: Dave Grohl - Good mix of Nirvana, Foo Fighters and Scream, along with some of the side projects and other work he's done (e.g. Probot).
While I enjoy listening to many of the bands listed, the chances of these bands having their own game is highly unlikely. With the announcement of GH:Van Halen, the trend is to make games of the more "popular" mainstream bands that have had chart success. The odds of Pantera, Rob Zombie and other such acts having DLC are better than their own game.
I would be willing to bet that Bon Jovi or Motley Crue would be the next band to have their own game.
As for bands I'd like to see have their own game... Iron Maiden, had huge chart success in the UK and have a massive following in South America. Hopefully their last tour has reignited interest in the US.
Def Leppard, had one of the biggest selling albums of all-time. 83-92 were their peak years and have plenty of content for their own game plus they could involve 70's glam acts as bands that inspired them.
U2, lots of chart success plus Bono could use some of the profits to go towards whatever charity he is working on now.
Led Zeppelin, though since the band has only allowed one song to be used in a movie I highly doubt that will happen.
I'd really like to see the addition of a second guitar option so you could have lead and rhythm guitar.
