Ending Scene in Episode 1-Spoilers

The scene should have been extended to show that the doctor made efforts to calm, comfort Kuwano during the examination and he either accepts such or partially or totally refuses such efforts. We do see them being friendly towards each other after this event, which might mean she did make efforts to help him cope with the examination, but I think showing such would have been better.
