Still on My DVR

I haven't recorded anything in all that time and realized that I still had this show on there. I was just watching it last night and I was reading some of the comment that everyone made about all the things that the teens did while caring for the children.

Examples:

During the babies episode, lots of people were extremely critical towards Alicia because she was getting frustrated that the baby was teething and would not eat. I do think it was wrong for her to say "Fine then! Starve!" and that's what made the mom angry which is why she reacted the way she did. But at the same time, the mom she should've realized that Alicia was having a hard time coping with the situation. Dealing with a child who is teething/sick and cranky can be very stressful, especially for someone her age. The mom should've also tried to come down to her level and talk her through it. Also, the mom of the baby who was with Sean and Kelsey kinda got on my nerves too. It's like these parents expected the teens to be on point the very first day of the test. Like another poster said, the only person who handled the situation just right was baby Miley's dad. He seemed to be more in touch with what these teens were experiencing and was able to calm the situation.

The toddler episode: Although she didn't do too well in the first test, I was really impressed with the way that Alicia handled Isaiah when he was missing his mom. And Morgan: pulling a child by their arm across the arm is NOT the way you handle a child. That's like pulling a child by their ear! And who on earth changes a child's poopy pamper and just puts on a new one without wiping them first?! Thank goodness the child wasn't a girl which I HOPE she didn't do that with Miley! And I hated the way the nanny reprimanded ONLY Austin when Kelly left the twins alone during his shower. The nanny should've scolded Kelly, not him because he didn't even know that she left the house! And lastly, Jordan and Sasha's toddler Luke. The child cried pretty much the whole time he was with Sasha and I could see why Sasha got so upset when she scolded them at the end. Because instead of the mom criticizing after the fact, she could've come over at any time to intervene and possibly give Sasha some suggestions on how to handle the situation a lot better.

I don't know why everyone expected the teens not to get frustrated and lose it every now and then. The children's parents are already parents and have a better handle on things! How on earth do you expect some immature teens to be able to do everything just right when they've NEVER been parents before?!
