I know Warren is, but Charlie sounds English and Steve sounds like a New Zealander. I'm probably wrong and can't be bother researching it, but as an initial reaction I feel it's a valid point. This is supposed to be Top Gear Australia, and I can't tell if they're even Australian.

Yes Charlie is Australian. He's just been living in the UK for the last 20 years.
shareI had the exact same reaction. Pizzati was born in australia, but his italian-british-kiwi-whatever accent seems rather out of place to me.
