Bad Reputation felt out of place in the soundtrack

The rest of the songs Matthew Vaughn picks are unique, original, and fit perfectly with the movie's tone and aesthetic that people still associate with this movie to this day. It almost sounds like a Tarantino soundtrack, until Bad Reputation started blaring.

It felt like the most obvious, basic bitch choice imaginable for a little girl doing something badass. It felt like during that time, every other movie ever used that song to emphasize a bad bitch doing something cool. Anyone see Easy A?

I love this movie's soundtrack overall, but the generic use of that Avril Lavigne song is the only thing I wish could've been changed.

Anyone else feel the same?

Bad Reputation isn't a Avril Lavigne song

I disagree and Joan Jett is brilliant.
