First, you have to get all the intel on him. Purchase everything about him that you can from the clearinghouse. Also buy the map for the mission at his villa, it reveals a secret door in the garden right before the end of the level, inside the door is more intel on him. You also have to make sure that in every encounter you choose the "Suave dialogue option" He will begin to hate you. After you have done all of this then once you have the little talk in the museum after you hurt him enough, he will try and fight you instead of run. Just make sure to use the Suave dialogue option every single time against him. On Xbox its the X button every time.

The alternate option is to gain 100% dossier intel on Madison James. She is Parker's daughter, so if you disatrm the bomb, and Marburg kills Madison, then later you have the option to tell Parker that Marburg killed her during the conversation inside Alpha Protocols facility. This changes the cutscene when you see Parker arming the bomb to Parker shooting Marburg in the gut. Then you get to fight Marburg instead of Parker in the area with the bomb. This way sucks because you don't get his gun, if you do it in the museum you get his pistol which is better than any you can buy.
