I think that was insensitive

As I recall, they didn't call Josh fat. They just said it would have been better for Josh to play Santa if he hadn't lost all that weight. (It was just a joke from Helen to Josh, meaningless. I'm sure it was a joke the writers thought of.) As far as I know, Josh doesn't have an eating disorder too. I know, I check my sources a lot. :)

Josh got liposuction. He never had an eating disorder.
