How was a celebrity using their real family considered Celebrities

They probably changed it because it makes more sense. After all, the show is called FAMILY Feud. I think whoever decides this is more ineterested in the dynamics of real families as opposed to a collection of famous people who share something in common.

This week, they'll all be celebrities (to sports fans at least). It's Natinal Football League players, AFC defesne vs. NFC offense and AFC offense vs. NFC defense.

But, those are usually one-off specials. There probably aren't 20 celebrities a week available for this weekly show.

Besides, consider the design of the show. The celebrity at the front gets a lot of face time and the celebrity in the fifth slot may never even get spoken with. Celebrities go on the show for the exposure and no one will want to stand in the fifth slot.
