Releasing?

Is this going to be a major movie, or one like Driving Lessons, and never come to theaters in the US?

I just hope he (Rupert) does a better non-hp performance this time. Don't get me wrong, i loved driving lessons, but he did not really deviate from Ron in that film. I don't want him to end up like Matthew Perry who, for a while after Friends, could not help looking and sounding like Chandler Bing in everything he did.
This movie sounds like something that we have all seen before, so the acting has to set it apart. It really has to.

I think he differed a lot from Ron in Driving Lessons. No overt comedic expressions in DL. Also, scenes like the reciting of the play in the garden, or getting angry at Evie, I couldn't really picture Ron doing these sort of things.

I believe it is a bigger movie. Because 'DL' was classified as independent, whereas they are saying this is a 'Hollywood Movie' (and thats out of an article, not just me saying lol)It will be released in the UK first, but I believe ober here just after.

I hope it's released here in major theatres, because I had to drive a ways to see Driving Lessons (and saw it on it's last day out, too), then had to wait for the DVD release to see it again. I can't wait to see Rupert doing something this mature.

Sadly, it sounds to me like it'll be like DL--independent, underground UK film that, if it's released in the US, will just be in select theaters.

That's okay, though. I'll just read the reviews and everyone's comments to piece the movie together till it's on DVD (or on YouTube).

Son, will you do this for me, please?
Well, you brought me into this world...so no.
