The guys who says "I just sell smoke man" in the trailer, is that Matt Damon? It looks like a cameo role, but he's not in the credits on IMDb.

That's Jesse Plemons, best known from the TV show, Friday Night Lights. In that scene, I agree, he does look and sound very much like Matt Damon.

Jesse Plemons was also in the movie THE MASTER and if you watch that movie, Jesse looks like Matt Damon even more!
