firstly I like Kevin Spacey. I am glad he moved out of niche/character actor.

But this film is an insult to the intelligence of any viewer. The writing is abysmal and cliché, the character development non existent and it smacks of self absorbed writers. This is a botched film.

Agree. Subject wise it could have worked but the writing was lazy, and the directing and cinematography was amateur at best. The whole movie had the look and feel of a cheesy music video.
