Does anyone know a website where you can watch the trailer for this movie?

The trailer looks good, but it's interesting that it doesn't mention the movie's main premis, which is about a boy pretending to be dying of cancer in order to get the girl. Does this mean this is NOT the main plot, or that they decided no to go there in the trailer? Just wondering... would love to see it anyway.
