Already said this in another thread, but again, people think it is really that hard to hide a sample in his butt, nobody looked up there, they don't strip search every kid in an entire school, and then it would have been the correct temperature on top of that, it would have been perfectly acceptable, he should have been able to get away with it.
And there are plenty of things that can mess up a drug test and make you have to take it again later on, he can't get in trouble for not doing the test well, as long as he doesn't have drugs in his system.
Something as simple as drinking way too much water and having very diluted urine would make it not work. Sure if it was in a court or something you wouldn't be able to get away with it, but these were just kids at school you can't get them in trouble for drinking too much water, he would have just had to retake the test later on and be then he should have gotten everything out of his system.
Yep. In his case, since he only smoked once it'd be out of his system in about a week. He just had to buy some time. All he needed was a diluted sample. Tons of water and cranberry juice. By the time all the samples were processed he'd be clean.
Plus I love how the principle can just order this on like a day or two's notice. You know how expensive testing a whole school would be? And everyone under 18 would need consent forms signed by their parents.
Plus. Say the school is about 2,000 kids. They had 3 porta-johns out there. Say 10 minutes per student with the pat down. That would take about 11 days if you ran it 24/7.
