Question about the Rating

Without revealing any specific plot details please, can anyone fill me in on why this movie rated R? I am not completely opposed to R movies, but for the most part the only ones I have ever really seen are horror or thrillers. I am interested in seeing this, but not sure how explicit it is. So what exactly is this "pervasive language" and "sexual content"?

Is it really rated R?
IMO the sexual content, violence, and language are relatively mild. Probably of the three it's the language that got the rating because the main guy works at one of those brash Wall Street companies where they are constantly trying to sell whatever and swearing in the process)
