shareI don't think they ever really explained how long their relationship lasted. Also, there are certain relationships that are really easy to fall back into. If they dated long enough, then there isn't a lot that can really change in the core. Maybe some habits here and there, but I don't really think your core personality can change that quickly without something major happening. Who knows? Maybe the only reason they split was so Simon could go work in New York? I don't really remember them discussing any other relationships except with that guy with the dog... (never really liked him btw...)
