Ralf Little??

'How I Got My Vase' (S01E01)
In this episode there's a scene where Debbie, Simon & Ashlene go to Slough on the bus. When they're sat on the top deck, 3 drunk boys come up the stairs & sit near them. Is one of them Ralf Little?
I was in no doubt that it was him the first time I saw it, but his name was not on the credits & I've never seen it mentioned anywhere, so maybe I was mistaken. The resemblance is uncanny if it's NOT him.
At the time 'Beautiful People' originally aired he was probably more famous than most of the other people in the cast, so surely someone would've mentioned his little cameo.
I'm probably wrong, so who was he?
