Is this going to be a Michael Moore style Doc?

People who think that DHS (and more specifically ICE, and CBP, the main focus of this show) abuse their power are just ill-informed. The lengths that the government goes to restrict the power granted to all Law Enforcement is amazing. No offense to anyone, but you just can't know unless you've been told you can't arrest someone you KNOW is breaking the law because it's a violation of his/her civil rights. Bulls*it. Come here illegally and get protected by the US Constitution? Insanity.
