Easy Watching

I hardly ever watch network programming, but Homeland Security is easy to watch. One can channel surf and move in and out of the interesting stories and even get other things done during the breaks. There is a patriotic tenor that I actually find realistic and can also appreciate. While Homeland Security is "just a job" in some people's eyes, I'm glad those who protect our borders believe in their work. One complaint would be that the stories sometimes lack completion and are not fully explained; for example....why were the purportedly illegal alien children from Ecuador allowed to reunite with their parents in the USA?
