At first I was sceptic, but after watching the first few episodes I really, really liked the show....The story writing could have been better and I was annoyed by the zipping head...But it showed potential...

The ensemble had a good chemistry..The acting was quite good for a series..

All and foremost the performance of Chris Vance...He really could pull it off: being crazy and sane..depressed and active..arrogant and vulnerable...

But it seems that this show isn't picked up??? Right???

...Shows which have a much lower rating and are extremly dumb -like dollhouse- are picked up again...

Why?????

i kind of like Dollhouse but I happen to think Metal was a great show aswell...sad ly a lot of americans - who have the power the inflience ratings - don't agree
try Lie to Me if you like psych-themed shows...promiss you'll love it!

Can't seem to find anything definitive as to if it was cancelled or not. I'll ask someone on Twitter who will know.
Great show, indeed. The Mentalist if good as well (In addition to Lie to Me).

I was leaning on the feeling that it was canceled, but I saw the DVD at Target the other day, and it said "The Complete First Season." If it was canceled without a doubt, I think it would have said "The Complete Series." So I'm kinda on the fence now. I know that I'm grasping at straws, but with no information to go on, the wording of the DVD gives me hope that the series might return, albeit slight hope.

Went to the Fox website and could not find it on it so I assume it is.

If it is cancelled I won't be surprised. Networks have a history of cancelling decent shows and keeping drivel that will supposedly appeal to the masses. :P Look at CBS and Moonlight. :P Out of the box thinking gets you cancelled. Not sure why I bother watching tv anymore...

It looks like it must be cancelled because Chris Vance looks like he has a major part in this seasons Burn Notice. I loved Mental too.
