Do you want to know all the way to the end or just where you left off? As to your questions: Juan Miguel tries talking to Marichuy on the street. She tries to get away from him, but as she can't see she runs into a moving car, hits her head, and is knocked out. She is taken to the hospital where it is discovered that any chance she had of ever being able to see again is now gone. She has a brain tumor that prevents her from seeing. If they remove it she might die or go crazy. She tells Juan Miguel that she never wants to see him again.
Rocio, Juan Miguel's sister, leaves her husband behind in Italy and goes back to Mexico. Her husband let his success get to his head, and not only did he begin to neglect her, but was unfaithful as well.
