They are cousins and I can't believe that she has not told Juan Miguel that Marichuy has had a baby by him. Amador told her not to say anything but I can't see why she would listen to him when Juan Miguel is her cousin. She's an idiot.

Yes, I agree. Elsa's character is one I have disliked from the very beginning and find it hard to support anything she does. The fact that she treated Eduardo so terribly was enough for me.
