During the scene where Ivan and Frank reminisce about past exploits, Ivan mentions a woman named "Veronique" whom he claims was once his lover. Frank appears to be impressed and says that whatever she managed to steal from Ivan as a result of this affair was worth losing. Obviously it was someone they were both familiar with. Could it have been Victoria using an alias and/or disguise?
shareI'm pretty sure that the answer is yes. I think the writers wanted to put some time between her admission of putting three bullets in the chest of a former lover and the later reveal that Ivan was that person.

At first I thought so, but then on subsequent viewings it occurred to me that the discussion she is mentioned in, has to do with "turning" agents. So, now, I think she was an agent that Ivan "turned" just as Frank "turned" Ivan's cousin.
