Sarah Watt's film offers surprises in showing what happens to a couple when young mom Natalie (Sacha Horler) suffers an aneurysm and gets emergency brain surgery. Facing death is one thing, but now suppressing a sneeze, lifting heavy loads or having an orgasm could cause a repeat episode. It makes for frustrating, amusing and frightening results. Husband Ross (Matt Day) tries to help while the kids adjust: so what if the tooth fairy takes her time, daughter Ruby is sure she'll show. A warm and extremely realistic view of married life.
