Found / selected tonight on BBC2 programming, I discovered a very sensitive and truthful family/love story ... with an open-ended resolution ...; the 'special-effects' are really funny and thoughtfully through !?!

I watched it on BBC2 yesterday as well, interesting film, dunno why I've never heard of it before.

It was only released in Australia and NZ. It bombed at the box office, it had a budget of four million Australian dollars and only made about 3,000. So I'm not surprised you've never heard of it, neither had I. Good film though.
